The LBC (liquid-based cytology) system is highly automated for cytology slide preparation and staining for use in screening of non-gynecological specimen and all other cytologic categories defined by The Bethesda System for reporting cervicovaginal cytologic diagnoses.

Laser printing module

The whole process is aided by robotic arm, which can automatically locate and grab the slides, and then match the sample with the slide to carry out digital laser printing.

Staining module

Automatically identify the quantity of dye solution and calculate the number of slides.

Constant temperature control of dyeing bath to ensure dyeing performance.

Sample module

Two independent chambers comprise 20 positions each for 10 sets of samples and consumables.

Samples are tested timely upon checked in as the double-chamber rotates to work continuously without interruption.

Uncapping and detection module

The robotic arm is able to perform automatic sample uncapping and mixing functions. Unique technology is used to determine the sample concentration and cell density.

Reagents and Consumables

Cell preservation solution

Ensure cell integrity and fixity, and avoid cell atrophy, dissolution and enlargement. Can remove mucus and blood from the specimen.


The specimen can be preserved for more than 21 days. The preserved cells can be used for paraffin preparation.

Membrane Filter

High precision of filtration membrane diameter to remove impurities and screens out effective cells that can be evenly press-printed onto the slide.

Papanicolaou (PAP) Staining Kit

The improved formula can shorten dyeing time and ensure good coloring performance, and guarantee cell nuclei, cytoplasm and membranes in bright color for better diagnosis.

Eco-friendly as it does not contain heavy metal substances and harmful ingredients.
